yes but notice also the fatter tubing (more dull colour), dropouts with cutouts in them and the welding itself in the Ti one. Very different.

FPWM, the colour looks more like the steel frames - thought that from the off, but you make a good point about the dropouts - they don't seem to have the cutous of the ti frames.

Odd, though, 'cos the rear dropouts on the steel frames always seemed to be more like the picture you posted.

But I think you're right and I was wrong over this, it looks more like the steel version.

Can any of you guys give me a valuation as to what this bike is worth?
it's as seen in the photo's (XT F&R, XT brakes, parallax hubs etc) although the chain set has a few teeth missing.

Keep it!

Built it up nice, and period, ride it, and keep the thing.

They're nice steel frames, so worth keeping.

yep, keep and ride, there not worth much, not like the ti, but they still ride great... I love mine.
