Hi guys looking to sell my pride and joy and would like some opinions and some idea of value and best place to sell .My 1st time on this site so bare with me.

Good afternoon people ok nearly 10 years later I still have my Dawes Linear for sale all original apart from tyres and tubes still no idea of value great condition not seen any other's completely original only rebuilt and modified like to hear some suggestions as to what to do with it now I'm 60 and is wrapped up i can upload any photos required still a banging colour it was called multi interference with shimano 600 ultegra throughout and Reynolds 653 tubing

Good evening Bagpuss many thanks for the reply as you can see I've no idea how to navigate this retrobike site so thanks for the heads up on the market been about 10 yrs since I last enquired but I didn't know what to do and no replies or help then

Have you looked on e bay to see if any have been sold recently or offered for sale?
You may well get more for the parts than the whole.
All new comers to cycling seem to think they need a bike with disc brakes, hence selling a bike with rim brakes is tough going .
As said the market is way down . I think a lot of folk are wanting for the budget.
Disposable income is also way down .People are keeping any spare money for Christmas.
Even parting to out will take a while.
I bought a Trek last week with Shimano Ultegra group and bontrager finishing kit for £100
The present market is flooded with this type of bicycle. Supply and demand.
