Looking for some info on this Dawes Galaxy (probably not retro, sorry)

For sale very cheap close to me and hoping to use it for longer weekend rides.

Do you know the spacing for rear dropout? Hoping to fit a beefier wheel set I have with 135 hub.

135mm as far as I'm aware

Hmm, bit of a bitsa as LGF says. Beware that they are not the original forks:
1 It may have been crashed - check for any distortion of the down tube behind the headset
2 The replacement fork may well not have tourer offset and the handling may be strange.
