So what exactly does Roly do that means he doesn't have access to email for months at a time? In other threads people have said he's busy, disorganised, lazy, moving house, etc.... but these sound more like random excuses.

He may not be a criminal per se, but I don't recall anyone offering to give him an interest free loan for an unspecified amount of time either.
