I would like his address anyway... not to visit but to have a small claims court letter sent over if I haven't received a refund in the next 2 weeks. If he wants to waste my time then I'm happy to reciprocate and have him pay extra for the trouble.

Seems ok when he's giving out free stuff - but then who isn't - otherwise his record is pretty much atrocious. He's had more than enough time to get his act together but it would appear he's never going to change. As such, he should be banned from selling on the site - or at the very least be put on permanent probation with only one lifeline - otherwise RetroBike are continuing to endorse this type of behaviour.

well so far he has sent us nothing at all!

He strung me along with a wheel for about a month, gave me a refund but swore he sent it. Obviously he didn't send it.

He had the moving excuse then and that was six months ago.


Why advertise items, take peoples money and not send them but still give people refunds when they get angry.

It's some strange gentlemanly con, very eccentric behaviour.

just tried that and it rings and rings and rings and..........well that is not being answered either.
almost a month now with no reply from this Roly person.

I'm sure he'll come through in the end. Buying on here is a bit more relaxed from experience. I have waited nearly 3 months for things on 3 different occasions from 3 different sellers in the past and other times items arrive within a few days. It's important to remember this isn't ebay but more a mates rates help each other out place, and just as many of our own mates, some are lazy and some aren't. Still I understand your frustration guys having been there more than once.
