Anyone had any luck with em, joined a few, but havent subscribed (what pay out money before i have even met the person!!!), and just joined OKcupid, cuz its totally free, looks the best, getting a bit sad about being the last of my mates ot settle down and feeling a bit left on the shelf.

One of my mates joined match and met his soulmate, so it can work. Personally I'm pretty good at arseing up my own relationships without the assistance of a computer. But hey, never say never.

That said, I may actually try one, being an engineer in a office full of other male engineers doesn't present all that many opportunities to meet people through work...which is sadly where most of my life is spent at the mo.

The local paper where i live used to run a lonely hearts column and when i was younger me and a workmate used to rip the page out of the paper and pin it up behind the door in the workshop, then over the next few weeks see how many women we could cop off with, Circling them on the door once we'd had them lol, was a good little sport while it lasted
