Dating an Aendé

I picked this up recently as I'd been after an Aendé for a while and it was the right size. I thought it might be perfect for winter commuter duties as it has eyelets for mudguards already, but on closer inspection these seem to be a later addition and the clearance is very tight with mudguards installed, so maybe not. Not sure what year it might be, there is no frame number and I think it's had a repaint as the Reynolds decal looks pretty old, but the Aendé decals seem newer, plus the plastic BB cable guide is painted over!

Any thoughts from the retro-hive-mind?

I should add: under BB cable guides, 27.2 post, allen key brakes, forgot to measure the rear end, suspect 126 as 7 speed freewheel on there.

Pongo didn't stamp on any numbers, allegedly to fool the tax man :). All you can go on is the frame design and details as above..... There is no pic of the whole frame, is it some sort of lo Pro?

Not a Lo Pro, 700c front and rear and flat top tube. I didn't know if the drilled Campy dropouts and two-part cable guides on the top tube might help?

Unusual "Pongo" left MG eyelets, must have been customers request, only other one I've seen with the slotted lugs was IIRC 1982 but the through TT seat tube would point to it being later
