Likely a daft question, but the saddle - does that fabric absorb water? If it doesn’t could I take it?

Its fabric and apparently a 50/50 mix of plastic bottles and jute. It doesn't repel water if thats what you're after. I would assume some gets through to the sponge below.

Ah, ok, will pass I think. Was looking for something for the commute bike so given when it’ll get used, etc
