Damned internal routing. Best way to replace a rear brake hose?

The bearing tools arrived today so looks like I'll be tackling this at the weekend.

With the cables in place life should be easier.

I've done a few in the past too, the coat hanger is my tool of choice if no cables or hose already there.

It will be a full strip and rebuild so hopefully I don't forget and pull cables through without thinking.

I don't want to lose my weekend to cable routing.

I must admit that it's made me think about external routing as a frame preference in future though. Is there any benefit at all to internal routing? It still rattled around inside so solved nothing really.

Has anyone mentioned cables rattling inside the frame...very annoying. I sold the only internally routed bike I had for that reason.

Yes, I've resorted to buying some damping foam to put around the cables on one bike. Rather stupid really.
