Cycling clothes ?

Yes and no.

I'll ride all my bikes with normal clothing when commuting or popping to the shops.

However when I properly go riding, the bike and clothing have to fit eachother. You just can't wear Retrobike clothing when you ride a 2011 bike.
Similarly, when I wear a jersey that says "WARNING : I have disc brakes and know how to use them" on the back, there's no way I'll ride a bike that uses cantilevers.

I find it difficult to ride a road bike without clothes as people complain.
The mtb allows me to stick to the wagonways and tow paths, much more comfortable.

i have started to wear less cycling clothes and more hiking/running gear for rides.

im tough to get a good fit so i have started wearing more combat type trousers rather than lycra or similar, and i love berghaus and HH running tops.

round the doors or on my local 1hr rides i wear anything, trackies, hoodies etc.

i wear baggy altura shorts with padded insert and a t shirt if its nice.

if its foul i put a fleece or waterproof top on. the bike soesnt affect what i wear
