Do any Manchester Retrobikers go to this? I've started showing up on one of my bikes (in my sig) or on a skateboard - I'm usually with another fella on a longboard.

i'd like to. there was one organised for scunny on facebook a few years back, i spread the news with all i could, even the local hipster spot was informed......

only the long one turned up..... :(

watched the london ons on youtube, look amazing!!!!

Been on a couple and to be honest think its a very bad idea.
It was probably thought up originally by one of those courier hipster types who blasts through lights, and weaves in and out of pedestrians and traffic. Think they own it and i dont like that sort.

All it does is hold all the other users up and piss them off about the lack of manners, not to mention illegal in places, such as traffic lights.

Heres a good thread Might explain a few things :?

The leaders say the traffic light business is to keep the group together, so if the front goes through a green light then everyone does. They'll stop at green lights sometimes to regroup though :s

Another one of those good causes turned into a free for all rebellion party thing.
