Crap day stuck headset

Had a crap day trying to bed an alloy headset onto a ti steerer & now it's stuck fast & cant get it off!

Any ideas?

That would probably kill the internal rubber seals & the Mavic decals.

Don't mean to sound obvious, but have you undone the grub screw?
(might be a bolt on a lockring thinking about it)

Yeh grub screws all the way out

How did you get it on?
If by hand try wrapping a bit of old innertube around it to get grip.
