The mudguards, pedals and saddle are not original. If the handlebars are chrome plated then after 1931.

Re:

Commercial chrome plate really started in 1931, previously bright plating was all nickel. Bikes of this style were made in the UK right through the 1930's, and exported post WW2, but the home market had changed by the late 1930s, to steeper angles, brazed frames and 26 inch wheels.

I have no idea on valuation.

It doesn't seem to have the normal Rudge chainset with the up-held hand on it, but maybe the Ladies' bikes didn't come with those. Is that an old Williams chainset instead? I think it's also missing its chain guard, but I could be wrong because I don't know Rudges all that well. I don't think the angles on yours are quite as shallow as the one on Oldbike, I think yours is later, probably late 30's.

Re:

Hi, the handlebars aren't early 20's, looks 30's as already stated, the serial number would help, it should be on the seat lug. Value is down to the individual market, and it has the downside of lacking original parts. Terry

Keith, now the bike have 24 inch wheels, I dont know if they are original. What do you think?

Can I remplaze them for another wheels 26 inch?

The wheel size can be measured, the outside diameter of the wheel and tyre, looks more like 26 inch to me. It should also be visible on the tyre. 24 inch would be a size for juvenile bikes. There is obviously no space for a larger wheel.

Hi, I'm no expert on the numbers but I believe it was sequential up to early thirties, so its pointing to the thirties. Terry
