 yea you dont have to tell me !! i usually start at that pub in bodmin !!
once i was half pissed before i even got on the bike... i do tend to plan my cycle rides around a pub lunch :D or breakfast.
anyway check out this link for trails in cornwall... a lot of them arnt full costal rides, if you want that then you will have to ride on the roads a fair bit ... and cycle the odd footpath or 10 !!
but anyway ther are now over 200 miles of interlinking trails across cornwall......

(click on the pdf links at the bottom of the page)
the clay trail, the engine house trail, the north cornwall trail etc etc etc...
as i said if i know where you are planning to be roughly i could direct you to other rides nearby.
cheers andy :)

Great flat lode is good fun- just after it theres a long surfaced downhill stretch that leads to a village, nice little bump halfway down which is good for a bit of airtime.

Only problem being that it's got a wall on one side and sharp rocks on the other :s

Pentewan/Kings wood is good fun, better in the wood than on the trail though, requires proper beefy tyres most of the year:)
Pub isn't bad either.

Have a good one:)

Dude, can't recommend any routes, but the great flat lode and portreath and within a couple of miles of the campsite I suggested!
