Judging from your pictures, you seem to have plenty of clearance for the driveside crank, and very little for the chainring? IMO you might be best served by getting the left crank straightened, which will give clearance, and on the drive side, getting a few mm of washer/spacer between the chainring and the surface it bolts onto, if that is possible? Then tailor your rear wheel to the same chainline.
A miss is as good as a mile with crank/chainstay clearance, unless you like your pedals wide apart, or unless your pedal stroke is powerful enough to flex the chainstay and/or chainring sufficiently that they make contact?
What is your chainline, roughly, at present, in mm from centre?
