I've had several sets of these in the past, they were my prefered tyre. I'm pretty sure i've chucked them out now as the walls had way gone (inner tube bulging out). It's the walls that are a problem not the rubber.

I'm going to be needing some too in the future! But if I find one i'll let you have it

Probably nothing, but have a close look at the last tyre (against the wall), tread looks very similar i think, and the amber wall has gone silvery grey like mine did.

I'm probably totally wrong but worth asking him...?

Thanks Easy_Rider, worth a try but sadly not the one. Really looking for something in better condition too. I have 1 NOS so another in poor condition just would'nt look right. I'm only looking for the tyre for photo's really, the type of rubber used means they aren't really suitable for use anymore.

Desperate on these can anyone help. They were the ones originally specced on the Raleigh. In need of a pair. 1.9 or thinner please.
