CONTINENTAL SUPERCROSS/BAJA 26x1.9” TYRES

Desperate on these can anyone help. They were the ones originally specced on the Raleigh. In need of a pair. 1.9 or thinner please.

I just asked the UK Continental Cycle importer about them and he reckons that there will not be many if any around. Last manufactured in 1995 and with a rubber lifetime of 5-6 years he thinks most will have perished or be well past their best at least. He does have the details of someone somewhere who had a pair and was after replacements though. I think he's sending me the contact details.

No problem about the rubber being shot, these will only be used for pictures really on the Raleigh, just need to be in vgc. Any help gratefully received.

Did they offer to buy them back from you? If so, it might well be you.
