Concorde love...

I got some hits from image searches:

"The Vellend brothers (Netherlands) were importing Concordes from Europe for the NA market. When the "mountain bike " boom started Vellend Tech began spec'ing bikes for the US and Canadian markets - this was one of the first. The first few frames were made in Europe, later in Japan then Taiwan."
Look at this beauty, text suggests a distant Fat Chance connection as well:
 
Early Concorde road frames were made by Italian frame builders and assembled in the Netherlands I'm sure @Elev12k knows more about that.
I even have an old Concorde PDM frame with fork somewhere.

Never found out much about the MTB line, hell I didn't even know it had MTB's until I started on my girlfriends commuter.
Don't have pics of the real end result the cranks were replaced by tapered XT ones.
In the end she wanted a repaint (I know, I know) and now it's been made into an E-Bike.
I'll post a pic of how it looks today in coming week.
