so sometime ago I bought a Concorde excell podium frame and started building my bike on it.
I was trying to identify the frame but there is a very little information on the internet about excell tube frame builders. On rear bracket there is ul tech a graced and a cyclist. The frame is pearl white.
On the bb there are numbers 51 5 and 56 6
I would love to know who build it and what year is it.
Also the frame size is very strange because even though it’s 51 size the top tube is very long.
Could you please help me with identify this frame?
