Computer Internet Problem

Hi all,

I did a google search for this and didn't come up with anything, I hope I can expain it properly.

When I try and use ebay, I can log on, and then after a couple of windows when I try and navigate to another page, it'll say internet explorer cannot find this page. I can refresh but I'll still get that message.

If I open a new tab and go to my home page (google). I can then go back to the ebay page and press re-fresh and it'll find the ebay page.

As you can imagine this makes browsing ebay or posting listings for sale, etc. a massive pain.

What's going on?

Cheers

NB: Sometimes in Hotmail after composing a message/reply, when I press send a pop up box will appear saying do you want to navigate away from this page? OK or cancel

If I say OK it says IE cannot find this page, if I press back I get to my email again and then when I press send again it works.

If I say cancel I stay on the same page.

Again, what's going on?

i don't like firefox, you may find, if you delete your cookies and history regularly, it'll run much smoother :)

OK. so no one knows the answer to the question?

I should perhaps have said, I don't save cookies or histpory at all, so that shouldn't be a problem.

I cannot go to Firefox or another browser and I am on an ethernet cable network on a desktop pc.

Any clues?
