complete pub bike wanted

hi, a friend has asked me to find him a bike. Ive got £60 of his money does anyone have anything in a 17 inch frame?

i have a Specialised Hard Rock Ultra ..... i think it might be 16inch tho ..... it is complete .... i would throw in the lock and a pump too .....
