I can ship, but I use TNT, and due to their volumetric control policy it would have to be two parcels, wheels, and frameset
off the top o' my head approx 120 pounds I'm afraid (

Just trying to help, but i received 3 frames,one set of wheels and a lot of bits in one bike box postage was around £50 but i am not in Oz! The volumetric weight was something mad like 25 kg - i have no idea how it works but that might help with a postage assessment, as yours will be at least a third of the weight - probably less.

The weight is limit is 20k, but it's the size dimensions they reduce for international postage, I normally just ship frames internationally

I really don't understand the volumetric concept but my package weighed maybe 12 kg but volumetric weight was much higher.
