ok,i took a punt on this on a bumblebee auction local to me only because i spotted a shimano 600 crank!

I think Cobra might have been based in Preston or thereabouts (interestingly both of the eBay listings are from that part of the world which might back that thought up) - I have very vague memories of their frames occasionally popping up in Bill Nickson and/or Paul Hewitt adverts in CW.
