Clockwork Orange 1994 (ish?)

Came into work after my day off and this was waiting in my office for me. A customer bought it from Stif new and decided he had no use for it, so brought it back!
Isn't that nice! It's not mine, but I might try and find some things to build it with as a shopper.
Reckon '93 / '94 maybe??

Nice little project for you there! The serial number will reveal all but my bet is a 93 due to the Tange Infinity tubes and decal on the head tube. Saying that, does that style of STX headset point towards 94?...... Still reckon 93 though.
