copy and paste the link into your browser and you should be able to see the pics, ive tryed every method of uploading pics on here and just cannot get it to work..worst case i could email all the pics over to someone and they could put them up..

^ This won't work. This is the webpage address which only you'll be able to access. When the pics are on Facebook, right click on the picture and select properties. Then look for picture address URL or something. It WILL end in .jpg
That's the bit you need to put inbetween the tags.

Example: My Facebook gallery: [url=http://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=10150176215870541]http://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid= ... 6215870541[/url]

and the pic inside [img] tags:
[img]http://a6.sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-snc3/31177_10150176215870541_717250540_12515201_3872506_n.jpg

Sounds complicated to start with but after a while you'll get used to it. It's just 2
