Shimano Hone front mech 31.8mm band. Barely used, top pull

Use seatpost - met the costic soda, was red but badly faded etc. Red top clamp. 295 mm long - £15 posted

#160 is the weight of the spring. It's the TypeII system also.
So it's that top spring (Tuning Spring)
It's stiff for:
(JUDY) 190lb to 220lb
(INDY) 185lb to 225lb

Hope that help someone and gives the post a bump
