Claude Butler Classique

I recently inherited this Claude Butler Classique frame #4107. can anyonr enlighten me as to its year & value if any. would it be worth restoring or sell as is for an enthusiast to do a proper restoration.

It seems to be lower end of the Claud spectrum but if it holds sentimental value then clean it up and ride it.

EDIT - Actually it looks like it might not be lower end on trying to zoom in. It seems to have some decent period parts fitted.
