Set of 80s alloy classic/comfort bars with Weinmann levers. The bars are in very good structural order. They have a few spots of corrosion below the anodising but it's nowt really. The alloy levers are also in very good condition - the steel clamps have pitting.
The bars are 25.4mm standard clamp size. They measure 485mm c to c at the ends. No idea how rise is measured on these bars but the area you'd hold would be approximately 50mm higher than the bars centres when the grip area is horizontal.
