Might well turn out to be a con job. Emailed the seller twice to collect but no response. Glad I offered cash on collection.

I was 100% going to bid and bid upto £60 for it. Unfortunately I was seduced by a Cannondale Killer earlier in the day and really don't have room for that (might have to be sneeked under the marital bed).

And Anthony, in answer to your comments, I fear I'm far from being a harder man. I doubt I'd stack up too well against the great Devine and having read the bit you're on about, am now genuinely concerned about the future of the family jewels if I ride the thing :D

At least there's one thread of hope to cling onto – how can a near 5lb alu frame possibly be bent? I mean, that would be like tryng to bend the planet Earth wouldn't it?
