Changing brake pads: possible?

Rub T-Cut into the pads and it will soften them up. T-Cut works great with rubber unless its cracked.
 
Tried sanding the pads a bit but without result... Still squeaking as hell! No T-cut over here, so can't try that... Maybe I'll beter change the pads!

Shame no T-Cut. Any car polish? Have restored a few cars and rubber can come up like new. The pads are tough, fibrax ones?

No T-cut, but I tried with Riem car polish spray and it worked fine! Soaked them for 15 minutes and than gave them a gentle rub, and no squeaking anymore (so far) 8) !
