The latest iteration of what I'm calling the soft machine. Took 400g off it with the Ritchey fork installation, but subsequently added 300g with the Reverb and 200g with chunky Conti front tyre. Still, it's a more capable bike now.
I love it. It's fast up and down. It's the bike I want to ride most of the time.

The only issue is that binds very slightly on the inside of the lower headset. It's not noticeable when riding and I don't think it's risky.
