Silverfish 1992 Another Yeti ARC

Fairly common on early ARC’s, pretty lightweight and thin wall tubing, they weren’t really built to last, they were built for racing and maybe designed to last 2 seasons tops.

Which was bonkers considering what they cost - but they were pretty cutting edge tech in 92 versus what most of us could afford to ride was quite a few lbs heavier

What is a typical weight for an ARC medium frame?

Some more progress
I think I have most of the bits, need to double check the boxes - I might be missing XTR front and rear mechs - I have a sneaking suspicion I robbed them for another build 🤦🤣
Thanks to @danson67 for sorting the cable guide and the headset 🥰 IMG_7666.webp IMG_7673.webp IMG_7674.webp IMG_7675.webp

I’m sure the high rise ATAC won’t be to everyone’s taste 🤣
Original plan was a black Ringle.
But I’ve done that multiple times before and I think the chunky ATAC suits the oversized ARC tubes.
Plus it’s a Team ATAC stem and I’ve said from the start this ARC was all about hanging some of my favourite parts on.

Outstanding as always my friend. If you need anything, shoot me a message. I’ve sold three of my Yetis recently but will hang on to an ARC and Ultimate for riding and posterity. Look forward to your next update!
