ESP900 shifter is an X-ray but for Sram cable pull.

Does it have a model number on it?

I've just put a cable in it and a full twist pulls approximately 22-23mm of cable.
It's worth checking your hangers not bent and that the cable is seated properly in the groove at the clamp bolt on the derailleur.

Gonna try and get an adapter made for a Sachs power disk so I can use one on the rear.
