Those cable guides - are you sure you mounted them the right way? I have a similar set of those and mine have to be mounted though the lug, so to speak.
And yours look like you might have to mount that black part on the other side of the lug?
As for the oil: I use lhm+ hydraulic oil that is used in Citroen central hydraulic cars. (The car uses it for power steering, suspension and the brakes, too) It is readily available here in Germany and it is very cheap compared to the original Magura oil.
