Looking to build a cheapish hack/pub bike but fancy an early 2000's Cannondale F-something hardtail.
Must be small 16" frame.
Ideally mango/yellow or blue etc.
Interested in other parts too - 26" wheels, possibly fork etc.
Also maybe a Cannondale Hooligan 20" urban bike complete.
