Cannondale Beast of the East year help

Can anybody help me determine this frame and forks year, and thereby its head tube size?

It's a 20", and the seller is unsure. I couldn't get the serial from him, but he did find B1-0301.

Would love to pick it up as it's local, but I'd like to find out all that I can before going to look at it.

It's a beast of the east geometry. and it's a 22" sized, (so the hugest frame.).
The frame is 1991 (weld in 1990) (because of the ovoïd section of the chainstays) and the frame is 1" headset and don't have the force 40 system.

The fork isn't original : the SM800 (the 1991 beast of the East) used a pepperoni without F40, like the SM omega, SM2000, and SM1000, the hardtails series.
Only the rear suspension frame (EST) was F40 equiped .
I think, the first owner had changed the fork for an EST pepperoni fork.
Pepperoni fork with F40 and 1" steerer are 1991.

For the serial number, look under the chainstays
It's surely beginning by 522…

On other hand, a friend is looking for such a pepperoni with a looooooooong steerer…

Are you fairly confident in that? I don't want to waste my time going to look at it if it's a 1" steerer, that just doesn't suit my needs....I'd really like to put a suspension fork on it and go for it!

You can tell the size just by looking at it? I'm impressed...the seller has it listed as a 20, but the headtube does look HOOOOOOOGE
