Can you suggest a powder coater in South East ?

Have had a local powder coaters in Dartford take 4 weeks, to make 3 attempts at the same mistakes, and have now got my money back and looking for a skilled and experienced powder coater near me who has done frames and parts before.

Ideally local companies to keep down courier costs, but open to suggestions outside of Kent.

Kent Powder Coatings, Dartford.

I spoke to the MD today and he apologised for all the cock ups, he said he was embarrassed and if he had been there when I brought the frame and parts in, he would have declined to coat them. They normally concentrate on agricultural items. I was really surprised when he offered to refund me for the cost of painting and all travel expenses, having had to visit there 6 times!

So I walked out with my money back plus a little for the aggravation . He said please don't recommend anyone here with a smile on his face

Windridge coatings have been recommended to me a few times, one bloke is a restorer and has had a number of vintage motorbike frames done there.
There is a coaters on the road to Hever Castle, they did a great job on a mates frame, but I am not sure if one of the blokes working there took it work and coated it?

There's are company in Dartford called Colourtech. My local bike shop used them for repair work.

Watch out for colour tech at the momment

it seems that as they got well known they haven't taken on enough qualified staff to keep up and huge delays are not often declared at the time of agreeing work

ASK around about them, then if you decide to go forward nail them down on quality, price and time with the last one being the biggest issue at the momment
