Hi ALL many thanks for the support think I have managed to get it sorted, will let you no how the build goes once I have the frame back, just glad that I can keep it going for more years

Just a quick up date, frame was picked up yesterday Saturday, decided to go down the S Speed route just a clean frame. Once back I will continue with the builds and pics.
