Yeah ! You clock the front steps? Few years of wear thereDefinately looks Edwardian and no later that very early 1920's and the house looks as if it had been around for a while before that too.
I’d go very end of the 19th century to very early 20th century. Pneumatic tyres not really widely available until mid to late 1890s? The inverted brake levers on the ladies bike I’ve seen before somewhere and shout out turn of the century. Gents is some sort of road/path roadster, probably fixed gear and either no rear brake or back pedal brake, used to have a Rudge that looked very similar and was from 1898.Trying to date bike in pic. My house about a hundred years ago we’re told. Somebody will know?
Bike should narrow it down. Thanks

Don’t call me shellDo you have a picture of the serial number stamped in the bottom bracket shell?
Does the ladies bike have a rear brake too? I see what looks like a bell crank behind fork on downtube? The scan is not hi-res enough really. I bet the original large format negative is full of better detail.
Doesn't appear to be any brakes on the gents bike. Ladies bike with a front rod brake? 1900 to 1910 at a guess.
