Can you date the bike? 1920s?

Trying to date bike in pic. My house about a hundred years ago we’re told. Somebody will know?

Bike should narrow it down. Thanks

That photo is apparently from 1890.

The Loftus Iron Company also built houses for their workers. Each house cost about £100 to build and was rented for 3s 6d per week.

I’m not convinced. Her bike looks later with the enclosed oil bath? Chain. 1890s safety bikes look more primitive.

Can't help on identifying the bikes really but I would say pre first world war definitely...her hat...not very 20's

Looks like early 20th century, if you have had to sit through hours of Downton bleedin' Abbey by, it's early 20th effing century

Yeah it's not Victorian definitely Edwardian.
I don't think it's a postcard either ...lady and bike her is the feature of the photo I think....maybe new bike day piccy? Bricks on the street wouldn't be in a postcard...!?

Staged. I have similar of other end of terrace. Those are cobbles the kids would kick out when bored.
