Can anyone help? Thread cleaning required

I hope someone may be able to help me:

My Syncros Powerlite steerer just needs a 1 1/8th thread recutting. I cant get the top threaded headset on as the existing thread is a little squiffy.Just needs a tool to run over the threads and recut the top part so I can thread the headset top race on ok.

Anyone have the tool so I can send them the crown assembly and see if you can retap it for me?

most bike shops shoud have one or send it to argos they will do it cheaply enough.
