Can anybody help me identify this frame please?

Bit of googling does throw up some cove frames with similar rear drop outs. Can't say I've found and exact match. I recently bought a de-decalled hummer but the DG skull logo was left under the down tube.

Looks like its been resprayed from the photos. Coves were notorious for paint that could barely stay on the frame.

This might not help identify your frame but the drop outs are very similar to the ones on my Arrow DSS and the mech hanger is the same as the one used by Cove Stiffee. My Arrow was apparently manufactured by Yess USA.

No, but I believe your bike is a Cove Stiffee FR from about 2001.
