If this wheel is similar to the wheelset you've just sold me (many thanks for swift, safe arrival) then the internal measurement between the clincher rim is 12.5mm. I say this to allow yoiu (Shed) to either say these are different (and give that useful measurement) or allow you to interpret what ~16 means.

Hub with circular cut outs and a QR skewer lever held with a circlip, the nut at the other end has no ring plus the lever being curved means Campagnolo Gran sport.

If the skewer lever is straight then it's a younger Nuovo Tipo. Mind you Campag seemed to play a bit of a mix and match with Nuovo Tipo / Gran Sport at times.

Might be easier to sell just the hub?
