Hi,can anyone identify this changer,and may know period of manufacture

Looks like a 1st gen. Campag rally,but the parallel plates have been swapped out for those of a nouvo record rear mech,from the 70t's.Not sure if this is a Campag rarity or a clever conversion.

Should look like the mech in the top right hand corner...

Not one of Campags best, they can be troublesome, the one pictured in the group here works OK, but is not brilliant.

Just checked with my mate who gave it to me,Bought in the seventies from spa cycles,complete as is in a campagnolo box.
