This is a complete pair of Delta 2nd generation calipers on e-bay . The part yours are missing does come up on e-bay at times as I've bought some from a guy in the USA.

If you can get the missing parts then IMHO I'd recon about £250 for the deltas.
The levers need a dam good clean & much more detailed photos of everything being as your asking top Dollar.

This is an auction with a buy it now price. From what I have seen of recent ebay auctions for delta brakes, the seller wil not get anyone to buy at that price so I would not use it as a value guide.

You are much better looking at the prices achieved for completed auctions.
