Calling other Koga Miyata owners

I use double sided tape to hold it on (best stuff is for sticking rear view mirrors to windscreens)

The badge is made in deepest, darkest Northamptonshire by a mate of mine who utilises machinery and skills unknown to me.

In all seriousness this one is a machined on off but he also makes moulds and casts some as well

I actually would need one of the oval ones, anybody knows if they can be bought somewhere? One of mine has lost all the gold.....

Just take it off and get it replated :-)

Sebseb - like Ken has said; if you already have one, you're streets ahead of those of us who don't. Easiest thing is to get it cleaned up. I got my headbadge (photos soon!) on a French classic bike forum. They come up on eBay from time to time too.

I've checked with a '89 RidgeRunner. It is not only glued. I see and feel one small cilindric bit.

- untill 1981 it was a metal badge
- on bonded frames it was a decal

Sebseb, why not trying with enamel and a 00 pencil ...or with a gold paint pen?

That is exactly my badge like the one on the ridge-runner...maybe I should ask Koga if they still have some lying around?...hmmmmm...or take golden paint?...not quite the same though....

I was in my local Hobbycraft shop and they had "chrome" spray paint or specialist platters can do chroming on plastic
