Cable Ferrules and a Quantum Pro

Hi All.

Im slightly stuck with a build I'm doing. I've got a quantum pro and whilst cabling it up, i find that the Campagnolo shifter cable ferrules don't sit into the cable stops in the frame.

Not a major problem as the shifter cable housing can sit in them without a ferrules, but i wanted a slightly more snug fit for the end of the cable housing.

Any suggestions? I'd thought about wrapping a thin strip of black insulating tape around each end. Any other ideas?

How about shrink wrap tube? Shrink with hair dryer you can get it adhesive coated if required
