Bullseye hubs with Mavic SUP rims 622x13

Excuse my ignorance, but what freewheel would you need to add to these?

A screw on.
BTW I can include a screw on freewheel with this wheelset.
I have Sachs 8 speed road versions.

Can I ask what makes this a 29" wheelset? They are 700c arent they? And the tyres look like normal touring type.
