Pretty much all that is different for most people.
And that was always going to happen.

It's a new bike chain, can't complain with that.
More than the annual 'pay rise' we get.

I'm a first time buyer who has agreed a house price but hasn't yet completed, so i'm £1600 up thanks to the stamp duty thing.

back in 96 when i became a first timer. They removed the married mans tax allowance and mortgage tax relieve. just after we moved in. Thanks :evil:
