This is a big ish frame by the looks of it, would that affect it maybe?
They had canti bridges like the eBay frame until c94, not afterwards, and until c94 they had braze-on seat clamps, which it lacks or at best has lost. The large sizes still had the long seat tube extension.

The bike in the link is stated to be a 1996 Expresso and that's what it looks like to me.
 
See what you mean, this doesnt have the little noodle thing either that leads to the canti bridge. :?

Its odd cos it has decent kit, seems like the right colour etc etc.
 
This is no Expresso, the headtube is not machined and the brazze-ons should be on the top or under the toptube. Decals don't look original. Ask the seller for the serial, should be between 3000 and 4200 if its an real expresso.
